As you know, the PFGBest (Peregrine Financial) debacle has left many investors and traders devastated. After $1.6 billion of client funds "vanished" at MF Global, regulators boldly promised the investing public... "Never again". While many of the clients were sophisticated investors and hedge funds, a vast majoirty of PFG clients were Main Street traders, not Wall Street predators.
